Impurity media can be broadly classified as follows:
(1) Classified by rheology
①Bingham fluids such as paint, asphalt, clay mud, etc.;
②Pseudo-plastic fluids such as polymer solutions and melts, starch slurry, cellulose esters, glass melts ③Expansion fluids such as starch plus water, mica plus water, a mixture of sand and water in an appropriate proportion, etc.
(2) Classification by physical properties
① Dissolving granular media, such as various salt solutions, molten urea, sugar solutions, chromosomes, medicinal liquids, etc., such media will precipitate crystals or form solids due to temperature changes;
②Insoluble particles, such as slag liquid, water containing sand and gravel, coal slurry, drilling fluid, etc.;
③ Fiber pulp media, such as feces, paper pulp, fiber pulp, etc., are light in fiber quality and are mostly suspended in liquid.
For such a variety of different impurity particles, the occasions where mechanical seals are applied are also mostly different. The mechanical seal of the model is suitable for matching.
